BREAKFAST and AFTER SCHOOL YOGA CLUB

A collection of themed poses and stretching exercises that promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness for nursery and primary school goers. Breathing and visualisation techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.

Each class will meet the specific needs of students and staff and will offer community classes for staff and parents after school or on Saturdays.

YOGA ON THE HEATH

Family yoga on the heath brings together the physical and mental aspects of yoga to provide you and your little one a session full of breathing games, fun movement, partner poses and relaxation.

Bring a mat or towel, water, and something warm for final relaxation.

Yoga is best practiced with an empty stomach and bare feet, even better if directly on the grass to allow earthing. Props aren’t necessary but feel free to bring any that you like to use. 

Saturdays during June, July & August  10am - 10:30am / donation based 

WHAT TO BRING:

 

HALF DAY : Healthy snack, water bottle and comfortable clothes to move around / create art in.

FULL DAY: Healthy snack, packed lunch, water bottle and comfortable clothes to move around / create art in.

 

Strictly no nuts policy.​
