ABOUT ME
My inspiration comes from teaching art in kindergarten, primary and secondary in alternative, mainstream, and international schools settings for over twelve years. Throughout this time, I noticed how little space was dedicated to wellness practices for both children and staff, despite their importance.
It was then that I trained as a children’s yoga teacher, discovering a deep passion for blending wellness with education. I began offering children’s yoga classes at school, family yoga on weekends, and free yoga and mindfulness sessions for children and teens in my community. I also led staff trainings on ‘Wellness in Education’ and provided online yoga and mindfulness classes for children during lockdowns.
Yoga has been a powerful tool in my own life, helping me manage stress and find balance amidst the demands of teaching. This inspired me to pursue my 200hr yoga teacher training for adults, alongside specialised training in mindfulness for children in education and yoga for children with autism and ADHD. These experiences deepened my passion for sharing practices that support both academic growth and emotional well-being for children and educators alike.
The positive feedback I received inspired me to create a creative yoga and mindfulness-based program designed to enrich the curriculum for toddlers, children, and teens, while supporting teachers with practical ways to integrate these practices into their classrooms.
I truly believe yoga offers lifelong skills—fostering resilience, self-awareness, empathy, and balance—that benefit all ages. When woven into education, it helps nurture confident, compassionate, and mindful communities, both in and beyond the classroom.

VISION
The Wonder Garden gently weaves the practices of yoga, meditation, and breathwork into learning spaces, nurturing resilience, fostering a deep mind-body connection, and cultivating empathy within young hearts. Through these mindful tools, children are guided to care for themselves with kindness and awareness, growing roots of well-being in an ever-changing, fast-paced world.
I chose the word “Wonder” to celebrate the natural curiosity and awe that lives within both children and adults, nurturing it through mindfulness, creativity, and connection.
Classes are offered in nurseries, schools, studios, and through 1:1 or small group sessions in the comfort of home. Inspired by the wisdom of Reggio Emilia, the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, and the beauty of nature and art, each session is a heartfelt blend of yoga, mindfulness, storytelling, creativity, and play. Held in a safe, nurturing environment, every experience invites both children and adults to feel grounded, connected, and free to explore their inner world with curiosity and joy.
